Our brain is the most used and yet hugely underutilized organ. We talk a lot about being mentally tough. Being mentally tough  and pretending to be mentally tough are two completely different things and must not be confused with each other. The word tough is also being perceived differently in different shapes sizes and forms. For example : Crying or screaming is something that would not be associated with toughness. Which is a valid perception but a misconception too. Being strong does not mean that you have to contain your emotions at all times. Similarly someone who tries to hold his emotions at all times may appear strong but may have been vulnerable to strong current of emotions. The challenging times that we live in require us to keep an eye on self talk. It has to be honest positive and polite. It is  Friday morning. TGIF!!  Ahh the times we live in. I will be getting ready for work. Friday infuses that happy feeling. Last Friday , I was thinking of big final … to be played at Lords. Great place for cricket .. home of cricket. fabulous teams. Neither of these teams have this ICC silverware in their cupboard. This will be first ever for whoever wins. 6 weeks of almost non stop cricket and we will now have new world champion. More on final a little later in this post. First let us talk about semifinals. Actually let us talk about 2nd half of league stage. I couldn't write after #India Pakistan game. #NZvsWI game for me the pick of this tournament.
