Moving forward to 20th century

Close to two decades in this new millennium and we are almost done with human touch in our daily lives. It is fancy $1000.00 + bricks that are running us with touch or by making us look at them. Welcome to the new reality. Whatsapp can end a relationship. Social media post can create chaos in no time. I am happy to start a journey backward that will move me forward. That one which engulfs writing reading and rewriting reading with more intensity with critical subjectivity editing and rewriting. It is easy to blame lifestyle . must haves , modern living , ultra urban behavioursbut lot more difficult to look inside and that is what I am going to get used to and by that I mean getting that done more frequently. I think these are very challenging times for new generation parents. We are supposed to run and drive our gadgets and not the other way round. Dawn … a word that tells us that a beginning is on its way. Sun will come out and crash all the darkness, will infuse life to what is around us. We do not have to make fresh beginnings all the time. We have to just remind ourselves that it is never too late to start any thing positive. Everyday we do things that we are used to, things that are needed to be done. Very rarely we sit back and try to look within if we are doing things that we love doing. We are living in an age that is totally technology driven. I do often come across the expression “My smartphone runs my life .. literally”. Nothing wrong with that, a gadget is there to serve you, to organize things for you, to enhance your efficiency. Agreed, nothing wrong with that.
